Company "Nestle S.A." acquired TM "Mivina "
As it became known from the press service of the company "Nestle", 26 February 2010 the Swiss firm Nestle SA ", the world’s largest producer of food and beverages, announced the acquisition of LLC" Technocom, a leader of Ukrainian market of products fast food and condiments under the brand name "Mivina". Price of the transaction were not disclosed.
As stated in the message, the acquisition of TM "Mivina" allow "Nestle" to expand in Ukraine its culinary portfolio and strengthen the presence in one of the fastest growing segments of the Ukrainian food market.
Information: LLC "Technocom" was founded in 1993, has two factories in Kharkov. A company with a turnover of $ 100 million a year, which employs 1900 people, exports its products to 20 countries, including Russia, the Baltics, Hungary, Germany, Israel, Poland and Romania.
