On April, 03rd, 2010 fortnight visit of the expert of the Food and agricultural organization of the United Nations (FAO) Enrico Casadey in National university of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine has come to the end
The purpose of the visit was to familiarize with the activities of Ukrainian laboratory of quality and safety of products of AIC(ULQS of AIC) and its role in the field of analytical support for producers and processors of agricultural products, as well as the definition of the scientific potential of the laboratory for implementation and harmonization of modern analytical techniques to identify indicators of quality and safety in raw materials, feed and products. Mr. E. Casadey had several meetings with the heads of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, Department of Veterinary Medicine, National University of Food Technologies, Institute of ecohygiene and Toxicology. of Medved, Central testing laboratory, quality control products Chamber of Commerce of Ukraine and others, participated in the seminar "analytical support for oil and fat industry in Ukraine: Status and Prospects", held by ULQS of AIC on March 24, 2010.
