On June, 15-th 2010 the participants of 38-th session of Agrarian Chambers of the countries of Vyshegradskoaja Four and Ukraine have visited ULQSAP
As part of the meeting was to review the situation on the markets of agricultural products (cereals, oilseeds, meat, milk, fruits and vegetables), discussed the state regulation of basic agricultural markets (subsidies, taxes, agro insurance), legal and economic aspects of property rights for ground, effective forms of agribusiness, the size of land (level, cooperation, vertical integration).
Considered communiqué from the conference in Brno, the question of adaptation of new members of the Agrarian Chamber, the formation of the Joint Agrarian Policy of EU after 2013, EU Cross-Border Cooperation Programme (Poland - Ukraine - Belarus, Slovakia - Hungary - Romania, Ukraine - Moldova, Czech Republic - Ukraine), the future EU’s agricultural market from the perspective of a future free trade zone with Ukraine and Association Agreement. And the role of science in agricultural development areas - education and applied aspects (technology, quality, economy).
