The ministry of agrarian policy has promulgated the project of the decision about the Order of certification of commodity exchanges
Ministry of agrarian policy has promulgated on September, 14th the project of the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine ‘About the statement of the Order of carrying out of certification of commodity exchanges’, it is informed on an official site of the ministry.
This document has been developed by the Ministry of Agriculture to provide other commodity exchanges the right to participate in stock trading facilities of state price controls - agricultural products for state needs for the period of formation of state intervention fund.
As it is noted, the main provisions of this project are: the creation of legal conditions for the conduct of the certification of commodity exchanges to provide them the right to perform transactions with the objects of state price regulation.
