State Customs Service has prepared a new draft of departmental regulations
In order to implement the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the basis of regulatory policy in the sphere of economic activity to the Plan of the State Customs Service of Ukraine to prepare draft regulations for 2009 included the following projects.
1. "On approval of the accounting and reporting on the movement of goods through customs warehouses. The draft order is designed to implement the program of struggle against smuggling and violations of customs rules for 2008 - 2009 years (Decree of the President of Ukraine from 04.03.08 ¹ 195/2008) in order to strengthen control of goods crossing the customs warehouses, and to ensure their electronic accounting.
2. "On approval of the customs clearance of goods that move through the storage open that part of the customs cargo complexes Avtoport, car terminals. This project is designed to promote foreign business entities - residents of Ukraine, to take effective measures to tackle the crisis in the economy and improving the mechanism of the Customs Code of Ukraine.
3. "On approval of the issuance, revocation, reissue, issue of duplicate certificates of the representative of the customs broker. Order designed to implement section 5 of the acceptance test of the representatives of customs brokers (the order of the State Customs Service from 18.08.2009 ¹ 767).
