As the company ProAgro from a press release the group of companies "Zorg", November 26, 2009 LLC "Ukrainian dairy company obtained a license for combined heat and power, which gives it the right to sell electricity on a green tariff and non-regulated rate. Today is the first enterprise in Ukraine, which has received such a license, and will produce electricity by burning biogas.
Today produced biogas station electricity used in part to the needs of the farm. The license allows you to sell electricity at the power market by green tariffs. License to sell electricity gives the National Electricity Regulatory Commission. Tariff rates for "green tariffs" shall be determined by generating companies NERC. At the moment it is 1,34 UAH. without VAT.
After obtaining a license must sign a contract with the wholesale electricity market, which, on the basis of the contract, forms payment for supplied electric power to the network based on the performance counter.
It should be noted that the LLC "Ukrainian dairy company", owns its own biogas power plant. Raw material for the station serving of dairy waste water - 400 tons / day.
