Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine clarified the term "agricultural products"
Press Service of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine published on its website a draft law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine (concerning the definition of agricultural products).
It should be noted that the draft law was designed to complement the term "agricultural products," by laws of Ukraine "On Value Added Tax" and "On the fixed agricultural tax", according to its definition in the Act of Ukraine "On Amendments to the some laws of Ukraine concerning the improvement of mechanisms of state regulation of agricultural product markets.
According to the document: "Agricultural products - goods that are marked in groups of 1-24 UKT VED according to the law of Ukraine" On Customs Tariff of Ukraine ", provided that such goods (products) are grown, fed, harvested, assembled, manufactured, produced, processed directly by the manufacturer of these goods (products), as well as food handling and processing of these goods (products), if they were acquired or developed on their own or leased facilities (areas).
In addition, the draft law states that for agricultural products (goods) also belong to the wastes from the production of agricultural products (goods), which are marked in groups of 1-24 UKT VED according to the law of Ukraine "On Customs Tariff of Ukraine, namely: fertilizers (mold, bird droppings, as well as tops, etc.).
