During February 2010 the SE "Krymstandartmetrologiya" rejected 21% of tested fish and fish products
Experts of state supervision SE "Krymstandartmetrologiya" examined 284 kg of chilled and salted fish and fish smoked on the total amount of 3 thousand 137 UAH., in February 2010. Regulatory documents (RD) did not meet the 60 kg of products (21%) 1 thousand 611 UAH.
There were 2 companies verified by the AR Crimea during the manufacture of fish products. Both were found violating the requirements of RD. In particular, the mismatch of fish products to the requirements of RD on the physico-chemical parameters (was understated by the mass fraction of salt), failure to control the frequency of finished products for safety parameters, the absence of RD, regulatory requirements for the quality of fish products and poor support traceability.
The reasons for failure were identified violations of technological discipline, inadequate postoperative monitoring and control of finished products; shortcomings of production.
After checking the quality and safety of fish and fish products inspectors of state supervision SE "Krymstandartmetrolohiya" have issued regulations on the Prohibition of the three parties of fish products, 4 Provisions on the Prohibition of all fish products to the companies. 2 person brought to administrative responsibility, 2 entrepreneurs issued regulations on the removal of violations.
