In early December 2010 the European Commission will check the Ukrainian producers of poultry and eggs
As the press service of the State Committee of Veterinary Medicine, the Inspectors General, European Commission Directorate for Health and Consumer Protection (SANCO) intend to spend 3 to 6 December 2010 inspection of Ukrainian producers of poultry meat and eggs to permit exports to the European Union , writes the news agency "Business".
Scheduled for the mission of inspectors FVO (DG (SANCO) / 2010-8808) with respect to assessment of the existing system of monitoring animal health in the production of poultry meat, eggs and their products for possible export to the EU "- said in a statement.
To prepare for the specified visit, from 9 to 12 November, ie, specialists of veterinary services will be held on a preliminary inspection of the poultry companies, potential exporters to the EU for the implementation of state control over the conduct of anti-epizootic measures.
It is worth recalling, formerly the European Commission noted that the monitoring system in Ukraine for poultry products and eggs intended for export to the EU, in line with European standards.
