About claim of the typical form of technical specification on elaboration of technical documentation on organization of land management regarding composing of documents, which certify the property right on lot land, during free registration and delivery in 2009 to the citizens of Ukraine of state acts on the property right on lot lands
In order to ensure implementation of the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from August, 5, 2009 #844 " Some questions of realization of the property right to the land by the citizens of Ukraine in 2009 " (the Official announcer of Ukraine, 2009, 61, item 2158) to approve the typical form of technical specification on elaboration of technical documentation on organization of land management regarding composing of documents, which certify the property right on lot land, during free registration and the issuance in 2009 to citizens of Ukraine of the state certificates to the property right on the lot lands, is applied.
