DOCUMENTS:Requirements to samples that are sent to the Laboratory:
Samples are taken for analysis in case of having REQUEST LETTER and ACT OF SAMPLING.
On the package there must be a label with the following information: name of sample, quantity, date and time of sampling; also position, surname and initials of a person who carried out sampling.
Requirements to biological material that is sent to the Laboratory for conducting tests:- Biochemical test of blood - don't use any stabilizers, store at temperature +2...+4ºС, volume of blood 1,0-3,0 ml (depends on quantity of indices);
- Biochemical test of urea - volume - min 10 ml, time storage after taking - 2 hours;
- Total blood analysis (Hematological indices) - blood stabilized with heparin, volume 1 ml;
- Molecular diagnostic of viral and bacterial diseases of animals - blood stabilized with sodium salt ЕДТА, volume of sample 1 ml for one analysis, keep blood at +2...+4ºС, time delivery of blood into the Laboratory - 24 hours.
